Collection, recovery and recovery of substances that damage the ozone layer and fluorinated greenhouse gases
Legal and natural persons - craftsmen that perform the activity of import/export and placement on the market of controlled substances and/or fluorinated greenhouse gases, must be entered in the Registry of legal persons and natural persons - craftsmen performing the activity of import/export and placement on the market of controlled substances and/or fluorinated greenhouse gases.
Legal entities that are registered for the activity of collection, regeneration and recovery of ozone-depleting substances and/or fluorinated greenhouse gases must be entered in the Register of Legal Entities Engaged in the Production, Import/Export or Placing on the Market of Controlled Ozone-Depleting Substances and/or Fluorinated Greenhouse Gases.
First option - FREEDOM TO PROVIDE CROSS-BORDER SERVICES
If you are established in EU/EEA state, you have freedom to provide services on temporary and occasional basis, without obligation of establishment in Croatia and without a prior check. The following conditions must be fulfilled, which are the same as for the Freedom to establish option. An online declaration is sent at pisarnica@mzozt.hr or by e-Service along with a photo or a scan of the following documents (signed, without a stamp):
Registration for carrying out the activity of collection, regeneration, recovery and placing on the market of recovered ozone-depleting substances and fluorinated greenhouse gases
• Proof of possession of premises for the installation of equipment used in the regeneration and recovery processes of ozone-depleting substances and fluorinated greenhouse gases
• Proof of possession of equipment for the collection, regeneration or recovery of used ozone-depleting substances and fluorinated greenhouse gases
• Proof of possession of physico-chemical analysis capability for the collected ozone-depleting substances and fluorinated greenhouse gases
• Proof of possession of premises for the temporary storage of collected, regenerated and recovered ozone-depleting substances and/or fluorinated greenhouse gases
• Permit to carry out the activity of collection, leak checking, installation and maintenance of equipment and devices that contain or rely on ozone-depleting substances or fluorinated greenhouse gases
• Appointment of a responsible person to supervise the performance of collection, regeneration and recovery tasks, who is professionally qualified
Second option - FREEDOM TO ESTABLISH
If you have a registered business establishment in another EU/EEA state, as a natural or legal person, you are allowed to provide services on a permanent basis in Croatia, by registering your business establishment in Croatia and submiting a photographed or a scanned documents (signed, without a stamp) at pisarnica@mzozt.hr or by e-Service.
Registration for carrying out the activity of collection, regeneration, recovery and placing on the market of recovered ozone-depleting substances and fluorinated greenhouse gases
