Installation, maintenance and repair of devices and installations in areas at risk of explosive atmospheres

FREEDOM OF ESTABLISHMENT
 
If you have a registered business establishment in another EU/EEA country, as physical and legal persons you are permitted to provide services in the Republic of Croatia, provided your business is registered in Croatia, a Technical Supervision of installation, maintenance and repair activities has been performed and you have submitted the necessary documentation; in other words, the following conditions have been met:
 

• proof of appropriate qualification/professional training of authorized employees
• proof of appropriate education of authorized persons/employees (responsible persons, substitute responsible persons and executors)
• proof of registration of a business establishment in another EU/EEA state
• proof that appropriate means and calibrated equipment are available for the work in question
• possession of documentation which lists the appropriate quality system procedures, work instructions and forms for the work in question, otherwise known as an “Ex-manual”
• proof of the use of appropriate materials, construction and parts (Conformity of Equipment certificates and declarations)
• proof that all authorized persons have the appropriate knowledge for relevant tasks in accordance with regulations and standards in the field of explosion protection

Possibility of filing an appeal within 30 days to the Ministry of the Interior (Directorate of Civil Protection) at ured@civilna-zastita.hr
