Pre-application questionnaire
Pre-application meeting
Formal submission of the application
Evaluation of the submitted documentation (CAME organizational manual and Responsible Personnel documentation)
Interview (and exam) for the purpose of acceptance of the Responsible Personnel
Supervision of Part CAMO organizations for the purpose of approval
Certification

Pre-application questionnaire MAI-FRM-025
It is filled in for the purpose of providing essential information to the Agency in order to adequately prepare the representatives of the Agency for the Pre-Application Meeting that follows.

Pre-application meeting
Representatives of the Agency shall meet with representatives of the potential Part CAMO Organization in order to determine whether the business activity of the organization justifies the issuance of the approval in question. If this is the case, more detailed information related to the submission of the application for approval is exchanged and the dynamics of the approval procedure are agreed.

Official submission of application MAI-FRM-016
It includes a review of the application, in order to determine whether it contains the correct and necessary information, documents and attachments.

Evaluation of the submitted documentation (CAME organizational manual and Responsible Personnel documentation)
It includes a detailed assessment by the Agency inspector of the CAME manual, the documentation of the Responsible Personnel, forms and documents.

Interview (and exam) for the purpose of acceptance of the Responsible Personnel
As the responsible persons are accepted by the approval of the CAME manual of the organization, the Agency usually arranges an interview and, if necessary, an exam with the responsible person, and additional documentation can be requested that substantiates the experience and competencies of that person (CV, certificates, etc.).

Supervision of Part CAMO organizations for the purpose of approval
It includes a comprehensive verification of whether the Organization complies with the prescribed requirements with regard to Facilities, Personnel, Basic Office Equipment and IT Equipment, Internet access, access to manufacturer-issued aircraft technical documentation, and anything else necessary for the smooth operation of the organization in the future.

It includes the implementation of corrective actions from the findings established in the oversight phase and demonstrations that will close the findings, after which the Agency will issue a Part CAMO approval to the Continuing Airworthiness Management Organization (EASA Form 14).
