In the process of issuing a decision on construction conditions, location permit, building permit or occupancy permit, according to a special law, the Ministry of Health participates in order to determine the conditions, or to confirm the fulfillment of noise protection conditions.
If a building is not required for the performance of an activity, or that it is performed in a building, the state administration body competent for determining the minimum technical requirements and other prescribed conditions for the performance of an activity cannot issue a decision on the fulfillment of these conditions if the Ministry does not determine in a decision that noise protection measures have been implemented.
Before obtaining a decision on the fulfillment of minimum technical requirements (MTU), catering and trade entities must obtain a decision from the Ministry of Health that noise protection conditions have been met.
The application must be accompanied by the documents listed in the application form, which can be found on the Ministry of Health website and must be printed and completed. The application for the issuance of a decision on the fulfillment of noise protection measures implemented is submitted to the address Ministry of Health, Ksaver 200A, 10 000 Zagreb, on the established form.
