Railway vehicle maintenance
FREEDOM TO ESTABLISH
If you already have a registered business establishment in another EU/EEA state, as natural and legal persons you are enabled to provide services on a permanent basis, with the registration of a business establishment in Republic of Croatia.
The entity in charge of railway vehicle maintenance shall apply for ECM certification to the address of the Croatian railway safety Agency or at pisarnica@asz.hr.
It shall use the relevant form in Annex III of Commission implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/779 and provide documentary evidence for the requirements and procedures set out in its Annex II. The application shall include a description of the strategy to ensure continued compliance with the requirements set out in Annex II, after the award of the ECM certification, including compliance with Commission Regulation (EU) No 1078/2012.

Deadline: at the latest 4 months after all the information and documentation have been received
Legal remedies
No appeal is allowed against the approval, but an administrative dispute may be initiated before the competent administrative court within 30 days from the date of delivery of the decision.
