Travel agency representative

Travel agency representative is a person who represents a travel agency that organizes the trip (package) in front of service providers and clients in travel destinations.
 
The first option - FREEDOM TO PROVIDE CROSS-BORDER SERVICES
 
If you are already established in another EU/EEA state, you are allowed the freedom to provide services on an occasional and temporary basis, without the obligation of establishment in Croatia, mandatory membership in professional body and without a prior check.
 
The second option - FREEDOM TO ESTABLISH
 
If you are established in EU/EEA state, you as physical or legal person, have freedom to provide services on a permanent basis in Croatia, if you register an establishment in Croatia and submit the following documentation i.e. fulfil the following conditions:

•  the travel agency that has concluded the tourist agency representation contract with an agency representative shall notify the service provider in writing about the agency   representative, his authorizations and all resulting changes
•  meet the requirements for the work of foreigners (if they are foreign nationals)
